“Our stay on may 29th in the penthouse suite was wonderful. We found the unit to be very spacious and tastefully decorated. The views of the bay (even in the rain) were gorgeous. We also found the staff to be very accommodating and friendly. Russell is a very valuable employee and went the extra mile for us. On our departure morning we wanted to view other units. Russell was very patient with us and extremely informative. Always smiling! We were so impressed when he overheard us girls talking where were we going to put the husbands while we ventured out in the rain to shop. No problem Russell arranged a place for the guys with a big screen TV. Woah! Everyone was happy! We will be back and will always highly recommend Granville Island Hotel. “
